Chiquita is pleased to share this Post Seismic Event Facility Survey in response to the seismic event near Ojai, California, on August 20, 2023. The survey was performed in compliance with Condition No. 107 B of the Los Angeles County Department of Regional Planning Conditional Use Permit (CUP), for Chiquita Canyon Landfill (CCL), dated July 25, 2017, and in general accordance with our referenced “Work Plan, Earthquake and Seismic Ground Motion Monitoring, Chiquita Canyon Landfill,” prepared for CCL, dated December 5, 2017, Job No. 2002-036-004.
