Capacity for Small Users

On any given day, CCL may receive approximately 200 tons from small haulers. Per CUP No. 2004‐00042, Condition No. 23, CCL is restricted to an average of 8,974 tons per day, but can accept up to 12,000 tons per day. Because of this operational flexibility provided in the CUP, CCL is able to ensure that there is sufficient capacity available for small commercial and private users. However, CCL will reserve 250 tons of space per day for these small haulers, until 2:00 pm. Tons will be monitored at the scale house throughout the day and if necessary, beneficial use material customers will be scheduled for after 2:00pm to ensure the reserve space is available.
