It is rare for Chiquita Canyon Landfill to be issued a Notice of Violation (NOV) as we have a strong reputation within the industry for operating a clean and safe facility. NOV’s can be issued by a permitting agency and are meant to allow the landfill to make any necessary corrective actions.
